ORDERING, PAYMENT, CHANGES, DELIVERY

Ordering and payment

Nothing is easier than buying Jaegher products. You just have to place your order online and we will deliver your Jaegher at home.

Jaegher only uses online payment by Paypal. This is a simpel, secure an quit way of paying online. You will receive an e-mail to confirm successful payment. Only if the payment is received, Jaegher will start with the production of your personal Jaegher race cycle.

If you have a problem processing your payment online or if you are not certain if your payment was successful, please e-mail ateliers@jaegher.com

Jaegher reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases, but you will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order. But first of all Jaegher will try to make you an offer to replace the products that are no longer in production with those of an equal value. Only if you agree, the order changes will be made.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of Jaegher products are correct. The colours shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur due to different screen calibrations and browsers.

Jaegher is always looking for a better performing product and slicker design. That’s why Jaegher race cycles are in constant evolution. Slight variations in the design are therefor possible.


Cancel or change order

Jaegher race cycles are tailor made. So please note that once an order has been processed, Jaegher is unable to cancel or change the order.


Delivery Information

After placing your order we will dispatch your Jaegher as soon as possible:

Any statements about the terms of delivery are not binding unless the date of delivery is stated bindingly in exceptional cases.

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes and that we cannot arrange deliveries for specific times or days.

Pick up your Jaegher in Ruiselede

You can collect your Jaegher personally in our shop in Ruiselede. If you like to do so, please mark this in the ordering process.

Delivery in the Benelux

All Jaegher race cycles will be shipped to all destinations within the Benelux for 45 euro.

Delivery in the rest of Europe

For deliveries within the rest of Europe we charge 65 euro.

Other destinations

For deliveries to other destinations we charge 95 euro.


If you have a shipping address that is outside of the EU, import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authority. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the content of all packages.


WARRANTY, REPAIR, AFTER SALE

Damaged or defective goods


Ateliers Jaegher warrants the Jaegher frames to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a lifetime. This warranty applies only the original retail purchaser, is nontransferable and is limited to the cycle frame. All other elements (also the fork) are covered by the warranty of the original supplier.

If you receive your Jaegher race cycle, you should inspect the goods for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must let us know as soon as possible.

Repair services of defects covered by the Jaegher warranty can be performed only by Ateliers Jaegher. All transportation, insurance and freight charges associated with warranty services and repairs on a Jaegher cycle are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Unless otherwise provided, the sole remedy is the replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of Ateliers Jaegher.


After sales service

It goes without saying that you can drop by our workshop for after sales service. Tuning your gears, mounting new brake pads or chainrings, any kind of maintenance: just give us a call and we’ll make sure everything will be done in the optimal circumstances.


Stripp and repaint

If you treat your Jaegher right, it will be your race cycle for a lifetime. That’s why Ateliers Jaegher has chosen for a timeless design and a warranty for a lifetime. We can imagine that – after a certain time – you’ll love to ride with a different colour. Instead of buying a new Jaegher we can always stripp the paint of your existing Jaegher and repaint him. Warranty

Remark: This warranty is limited to the cycle frame.  All other elements (also the fork) are covered by the warranty of the original supplier.

Ateliers Jaegher warrants this Jaegher frame to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a lifetime, subject to the limitations set forth herein.

This warranty applies only the original retail purchaser and is nontransferable. This warranty applies only when this cycle is purchased from the website www.jaegher.com and requires the purchaser to supply a copy of the original proof of purchase (original sales receipt and his/her name indicated as the purchaser, thereon) at the time the service is requested.

Repair services of defects covered by this warranty can be performed only by Ateliers Jaegher. All transportation, insurance and freight charges associated with warranty services and repairs on a Jaegher cycle are the responsibility of the purchaser, as is any service initiated for the purpose of customizing adjustments beyond factory specifications.

Unless otherwise provided, the sole remedy under the above warranty, or any implied warranty, is limited to the replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of Ateliers Jaegher. In no event shall Ateliers Jaegher be held responsible for direct, incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, product liability, or any other theory.


Limitations and exclusions

The following items are not covered by this warrenty:

  1. Adjustments or routine maintenance of any kind
  2. Any damage to the cycle resulting from customization or modification.
  3. Any damage to the cycle resulting from downhill riding, stunt riding, ramp riding, hucking or any similar activity.
  4. All other damage due to normal usage, normal wear and tear, damage, failure, accidents, crashing, abuse, mis-use, neglect, improper maintenance or assembly, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended for or compatible wit the cycle as sold or any damage caused by bicycle components.
  5. Any cycle purchased from anyone other than www.jaegher.com.

Please send us a picture of the warranty card and the damaged part of your frame before you call us. If you take a picture please don't get too close to the damaged part of your frame when you photograph it. Take the photos in high resolution so we can zoom in and examine the damage on our computer.
